Jeff Bruno sums up his existence to date thusly: He went to elementary school, where he did kid stuff. He went to middle school, where he made a lot of comic strips and played Dungeons & Dragons. In high school, his next logical step, he made animations and also went to NOCCA, where he made short films.

Then Jeff went to UNO, where he feels like he did lots and lots of nothing in comparison to all the years of his extreme youth. Through a series of uncomplicated yet unforeseeable twists and turns, he wound up on the HOTCAKES set. There, he gaffed and performed all the duties normally accorded a 1st and 2nd Assistant Camera, except focus pulling.

In addition to being a filmmaker in bloom, Jeff illustrates a cartoon series entitled Ploppo, a politically incorrect, amoral walrus who is one of humanity’s most unflinching mirrors.
